Mary-Catherine Lader

Mary-Catherine Lader is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Uniswap Labs, where Mary-Catherine leads growth, strategy, and operations for the world's largest decentralized liquidity protocol. Prior to this, Mary-Catherine held various roles at BlackRock, including Managing Director & Global Head of Aladdin Sustainability and Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global retail digital distribution. Mary-Catherine also co-founded hiWatson, an online benefits manager for independent contractors, and worked as an Investment Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mary-Catherine holds degrees from Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, Brown University, and St. Paul's School.
