Kristi Zilliken

Kristi Zilliken is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Senior Director of Human Resources at Unisys since May 2022, Kristi previously held the position of Global Director of HR at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from January 2021 to May 2022. At Samsung Electronics America, Kristi worked from January 2011 to January 2021, progressing through various roles, including Director and Senior Manager of HR Business Partner, as well as Talent Acquisition Leader, where responsibilities included leading executive and professional talent acquisition and managing a high-caliber team. Earlier in Kristi's career, experience included roles at Terremark Worldwide, Inc. as Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Manager. Kristi holds a Bachelor's Degree from Texas Woman's University.
