Athanassios Fameliaris

Athanassios Fameliaris has over 28 years of work experience in the software industry. ATHANASSIOS began their career as a Software Engineer at G-Systems in Athens, Greece in November 1991 and worked there until January 1995. ATHANASSIOS then joined Printec Group of Companies as the Head of SW Development Team from February 1995 to September 1998. Following this, they worked as a Team Leader at INTRASOFT SA from October 1998 to May 1999. Since May 1999, Athanassios has been with Uni Systems, initially as a Software Unit Manager and currently holds the role of S/W Technologies & Processes Unit Manager.

Athanassios Fameliaris received their education from 1983 to 1989 at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), where they studied electrical and computers engineering. In 1999 to 2000, they attended the University of Sunderland and obtained a Certificate in Business Administration. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Strategic Thinking and Managing Resources Across Project Teams from LinkedIn in November 2019 and October 2019, respectively. In October 2014, they also achieved the Prince2 Practitioner certification, although the institution from where they obtained it is unspecified.
