Alex Acree

Alex Acree is the current Chief Legal Officer at Unit. Prior to this, Alex was a Partner at Mitchell Sandler LLC, where they advised clients on transactions, regulatory issues, investment management, and corporate governance. Alex has also founded the Takoma Group, a hybrid advisory and venture capital firm that helps companies and their investors reinvent highly regulated industries. In addition, Alex has served as an Advisor at Financial Venture Studio and as a Board Member at FinRegLab.

Alex Acree attended Georgetown Preparatory School for their BA in Psychology, Theology. Alex then went on to Yale Law School for their Doctor of Law (JD) and Yale School of Management for their Master of Business Administration (MBA).

They work with Doron Somech - Co-Founder & CTO, Louise Ng - VP, Marketing, and Matthew Sullivan - VP, Finance. Alex Acree reports to Itai Damti, Co-Founder & CEO.
