Marisol Pelaez

Marisol Pelaez has a diverse work experience in the marketing and analytics field. Marisol currently holds the position of Growth Marketing Lead at Unit since August 2023, and prior to that, they were a Senior Growth Marketing Manager from September 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining Unit, Marisol worked at WeWork, where they held multiple roles. From August 2020 to September 2021, they served as the Manager of Global Media Operations. Marisol also worked as a Senior Lead in Performance Marketing Measurement Strategy from November 2019 to August 2020, where they collaborated with the LATAM media team, managed relationships with media partners, and developed marketing analytics strategies.

Marisol also has experience as a Senior Data Analyst at AKQA from February 2017 to September 2018 and as a Data Analyst at VaynerMedia from March 2016 to February 2017.

In 2015, they worked at MRY as an Analyst, handling clients such as Adobe, Visa, T-Mobile, and Coty. Marisol also had an internship as an Analytics Intern at MRY, where they worked with Adobe SiteCatalyst and Facebook Insights.

In addition, Marisol gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at Giles-Parscale, Inc, an Account Services Intern at Outsiders 365, and an International Marketing Intern at Biomedal.

Marisol started their career as an Admissions Assistant at Trinity University and also worked as a Camp Counselor at Camp Honey Creek for Girls.

Marisol Pelaez completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business and Marketing from Trinity University from 2011 to 2015, with a study abroad program in Marketing at Ibmec in 2014 and another study abroad program in International Business at Universidad de Sevilla in 2013. Marisol also has several certifications from Google, including the Campaign Manager Certification Exam and Google Ads - Measurement Certification obtained in 2020, Google Analytics Individual Qualification in 2019, and Google AdWords Certification and Google Analytics Certification obtained in 2015.
