Flemming Madsen

Flemming Madsen is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He completed his education till high school level. He is head of global financial intermediaries and an interim global head of product at T. Rowe Price. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price International Ltd and member of the Global Distribution Executive Committee. He has been associated with T. Rowe Price for 19 years. His experience in the financial industry includes capital markets transactions, investment banking, and asset management. He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of our Company with effect from January 20, 2010.
