Arantzazu Bueno has extensive experience in human resources and transformation roles, currently serving as VP Transformation CPTO and VP People Success for Unit4 since April 2016. Previous positions include VP HR Global CTO, Cloud & CPO, and HR Director for Spain at Unit4. Prior to this, Arantzazu worked at SAP from December 2006 to March 2016 as SR HRBP for IBERIA & EMEA, focusing on HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Earlier roles included Recruitment Manager at Catenon, Human Resources SR Consultant at Sanderson Knight, HRBP at Meta4, and HR Trainee at Santander Private Banking España. Arantzazu holds degrees in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Justus Liebig University Giessen.
