Basia Furmanek

Basia Furmanek has extensive experience in the tech industry, with a background in customer support management and technical team leadership. Basia currently holds the role of Cloud Operations Manager at Unit4, overseeing onboarding & migrations, and serving as the ERP Cloud Service Owner. Basia has successfully managed various teams and projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting SLA/KPI requirements. Prior to their current role, Basia worked at BD as a User Access and Compliance Administrator, and at CSS Corp as a Customer Support Team Leader and a Network Security Engineer. Basia holds a Master's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wroclaw.
