Helen Haynes

Helen Haynes is a strategic global talent leader with 20 years of experience in PE-backed enterprises. They currently serve as the Global Head of Talent Development at Unit4, where they focus on enhancing talent initiatives. Previously, they held various roles including Director of Talent at Flexera and Global Head of Professional Development at Fidessa. Haynes began their career as a Training & Development Partner at Waitrose & Partners and has also worked in education and youth development. They are pursuing a BSc in Psychology at the University of Sussex and an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham.
