Sara Gorjão is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational psychology, currently serving as the Head of People Experience Service Center at Unit4 since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Chief People Officer at tb.lx by Daimler Truck, where significant contributions were made to the development of innovative HR practices and the establishment of a high-performing team across various HR functions. Previous experience includes managing talent acquisition strategies at KWAN and leading IT recruitment at RUPEAL, alongside a solid foundation in HR consultancy and research. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, complemented by studies in Political Science at NOVA FCSH.
