Rachel Myslivy

Rachel Myslivy, a dedicated climate justice organizer at the Unitarian Universalist Association since January 2022, has a robust background in environmental advocacy and community engagement. As a co-founder and co-chair of the Kansas Women's Environmental Network, Rachel played a pivotal role in building a state-wide network focused on environmental issues. Previous experience as the Assistant Director at the Climate And Energy Project involved strategic organizing around climate change and public health. Rachel's independent work as an oral historian and video documentarian contributed to important storytelling in nonprofit and academic sectors. Rachel also managed a family farm, producing food through organic methods. With advanced education in religious studies and environmental studies, along with a current certification in climate change and public health from Yale, Rachel combines practical experience with academic rigor in addressing climate justice and community resilience.
