President And CEO at Unitarian Universalist Service

Mary Katherine Morn has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mary Katherine is currently the President and CEO of the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at the Unitarian Universalist Association as the Director of Stewardship and Development and Special Advisor to the President starting in 2014. Before their role at the UUA, they served as the Parish Minister at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax from 2005 to 2014, where they focused on promoting love, justice, and social equality. Additionally, Mary worked as a Colloquy Instructor at Wesley Theological Seminary and served as an Interim Minister at the Universalist National Memorial Church. Mary Katherine began their career as a Minister at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashville, TN where they not only led the congregation but also mentored student ministers and contributed to the growth of Unitarian Universalism.

Mary Katherine Morn pursued their Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies at Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University from 1983 to 1987.
