Michelle Etchells

Michelle Etchells is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in financial management, transformation, and corporate shared services. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation at Unite Students since June 2019, Michelle has held multiple leadership roles including Head of Finance Transformation and Head of Financial Services. Prior experience includes managing P2P and credit control teams at Wincanton, and serving as a Finance & Procurement Subject Matter Expert during IT implementation projects at Accolade Wines. Michelle began their career at Matthew Clark as a Manufacturing Cost Accountant and has held various finance-related positions across several prominent companies. Holding the ACMA designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a degree from the University of the West of England, Michelle combines technical expertise with a proven track record of successful leadership in financial operations.
