Tonia Lewis

Tonia Lewis is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as the Finance, Risk & Assurance Director at Unite Students since August 2021, Tonia has expanded responsibilities to encompass Financial Reporting & Control and Tax. Previously, Tonia held multiple key positions at Thames Water from January 2016 to August 2021, including Finance Director for PR19 and Group Financial Controller. Earlier in the career, Tonia worked at Wales & West Utilities and Ernst & Young, gaining valuable experience in internal audit and assurance. Tonia holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Exeter.
