Victoria Simmons

Victoria Simmons has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Head of Operations at Unite Students since January 2007. Victoria has played key roles including BTR Integration PM, overseeing the integration of Build to Rent assets, and Innovation Manager, focusing on customer initiatives and operational delivery. As Area Manager, Victoria managed 10 properties in Birmingham, overseeing over 6,000 beds and a significant income. Prior roles include City Manager, Brand Standards Manager, and Business Change Manager, showcasing a strong background in operational performance, debt management, and customer satisfaction. Victoria started their career at Buchanan Clark and Wells as a Debt Negotiator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Drama, Cultural and English from the University of the West of England and a qualification in Law with a focus on Civil Litigation from ILEX.
