Dharma Patel

Dharma Patel is a legal professional with extensive experience in health fund management and employee benefits law. Currently serving as General Counsel at UNITE HERE HEALTH since April 2001, Dharma Patel provides counsel to a large multiemployer Taft-Hartley Welfare Fund, supervises the internal legal department, and oversees compliance with regulations such as the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
