Estefany Castaneda

Estefany Castaneda is an experienced professional involved in various educational and political initiatives. Currently serving on the County Committee on School District Organization for the Los Angeles County Office of Education and as an Organizer for UNITE HERE Local 11, Estefany has a strong background in community engagement and advocacy. As a CA Democratic Party Delegate for Assembly District 61, Estefany was recently elected as one of seven Democratic Party women in Assembly District 62. Estefany holds a position on the Board of Trustees for Centinela Valley Union High School District and has previously run a self-managed campaign for this role. Estefany's experience also includes positions in customer service and management, with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge, complemented by studies at Compton College and Santa Monica College.
