Maxwell Ulin is a Staff Attorney at UNITE HERE Local 11, having previously held the role of Legal Fellow. Ulin has extensive experience in labor rights advocacy, including a position as a Volunteer Organizer at Comité Fronterizo de Obreras y Obreros, A.C., where Ulin secured funding for independent union organizing campaigns in Mexico. Ulin's background includes a legal internship at the California Department of Justice's Worker Rights & Fair Labor Section, a Summer Law Clerkship with the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and roles in various organizing and outreach capacities with organizations such as the CASE Action Fund and Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy. Ulin holds a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Yale University.
