Sana Rahim M.ed.

Sana Rahim, M.Ed., currently serves as the Database and Operations Manager at UNITE-LA, where responsibilities include managing operations and development as a Salesforce Admin. Previously, Sana held roles as a Student Teacher at Florence Elementary School and Lincoln Acres Elementary School, emphasizing culturally-responsive classrooms and instruction in small reading groups and mathematics. Experienced as an Undergraduate Researcher in the McNair Scholars Program, Sana conducted ethnographic research on housing insecurity in Silicon Valley. Contributions to affordable housing initiatives were made during internships at First Community Housing and the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California, focusing on funding, community outreach, and project support. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from UC San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Jose State University.
