Krishna Anand

Krishna Anand is currently the Workforce Coordinator at Unite Oregon, where they work with the Economic Development Team to connect low-income Portland residents to living wage jobs. They are also the Co-Founder of bestself Media, a bespoke Media Company. Krishan previously served as a member of the Erb Memorial Union Board and the ASUO Executive Designee, working on campus-wide events and public policy solutions. They have experience as a Research Assistant focusing on inequities in Oregon's criminal justice system and as an Ombudsman Intern at the University of Oregon. Prior to this, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks. Krishan graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy and Political Action.
