Matt Radford serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Vulnerable Paths since July 2017, focusing on training staff and organizations to support individuals in vulnerable circumstances while promoting ethical marketing. In May 2023, Matt took on the role of Deputy Chair for the Professional Conduct Committee at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, aimed at maintaining high standards in the fundraising profession across the UK. Additionally, since December 2023, Matt serves as a General Committee Member for Inclusion Diversity, Equity & Access (IDEA) at the Association of Fundraising Professionals Global, working on initiatives to enhance diversity within its membership. Matt holds a degree in Philosophy with a focus on Applied and Professional Ethics from the University of Central Lancashire.
