Lydiah Igweh currently serves as the Director of Global DEI Workforce and Strategy at Warner Bros. Discovery and is an Advisory Board Member for both the UnderOne Festival and the UnderOne Diversity and Inclusion Awards. In addition, Lydiah has held the role of Creative Director and Host for Race Forward Pod since April 2021, and is a Strategic Leadership Board Member at Race Equality Matters. Lydiah is a Founding Member of Hacking HR's Experts Council and has served as the Director of Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Kaplan International Pathways. Previous roles include EDI Strategic Advisory Group Member at Advance HE and Director (EEDI) at Oxford Brookes University. Lydiah's academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Sociology from Coventry University and a CPD in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from Coventry University Enterprise.
