Cathryn Degraff Crookston

Cathryn DeGraff Crookston, RN, BSN, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in sales and provider solutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Provider Solutions at Unite Us since January 2022, Crookston plays a key role in building coordinated care networks that integrate social determinants of health. In addition, Crookston has been the VP of Sales at NowPow since May 2019, focusing on innovative solutions for whole person care. Crookston previously held positions at Emmi from October 2005 to October 2019, including Regional Vice President Sales and Regional Sales Director, where a high-energy approach cultivated partnerships with C-Suite executives in large healthcare organizations. Crookston holds a BSN in Nursing from Purdue University.
