Karen Castelo

Karen Castelo is a Community Engagement Manager at Unite Us with a robust background in program management and community support. Previously serving as the Deputy Director for the THRIVE Program at Campesinos Sin Fronteras from May 2018 to April 2022, Karen excelled in grant acquisition, budget management, and team leadership. Key accomplishments include the creation of the Adolescent Wellness Network, coordination of youth programs, and management of COVID-19 vaccination clinics. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Arizona University, expected to complete in December 2023.
