Megan Ducoff

Megan Ducoff is the Vice President of Operations at Unite Us. Megan has over 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on human services. Megan has experience in organizational management, program development, and policy analysis.

Megan began their career as a Policy Analyst at the Alliance for the Betterment of Citizens with Disabilities, where they worked for two years. Megan then became the Director of Performance Improvement at Covenant House International, where they worked for four years. In 2015, they became the Assistant Executive Director at Hartley House, and in 2018, they became the Executive Director at The Safe Foundation, Inc.

Megan has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from Binghamton University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University.

Megan Ducoff has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University - Camden. Megan also has a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rutgers University.

They are on a team with Taylor Justice - Co-Founder & President, Shandy Guharoy - CTO, and Megan Sufka - SVP, People Operations. Their manager is Dan Brillman, Co-Founder & CEO.
