Miranda Brady is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Executive and Senior Customer Success Manager at Unite Us since May 2021, Miranda has operationalized new product launches for large health plans and implemented strategies to secure account renewals while identifying growth opportunities.
