Samantha Chen

Samantha Chen is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Since September 2019, Samantha has held various roles at Unite Us, advancing from Customer Success Representative to Senior UX Researcher, where expertise in user experience research has been developed. Prior to this, Samantha coordinated the National Clinician Scholars Program at UCLA Health from March 2018 to September 2019 and served as an IT Business Consultant Intern at Kaiser Permanente from June 2016 to March 2018. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UCLA.
