Currently serving as a Network Success Manager at Unite Us since June 2021, Shannan has previously held multiple roles within the YMCA of Greater Rochester from August 2008 to June 2021, culminating as Sr. Program Director, where responsibilities included leading diverse programming for early education, summer camps, and family activities, achieving significant membership retention and revenue growth. Shannan holds a Master’s Degree in Reading and Literacy and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature, both from SUNY Geneseo.
