Rhonda Lingard

Rhonda Lingard is a Doctoral Candidate currently serving as the Operations and Wellbeing Director at United 4 Children since August 2023. Previously, Rhonda held the position of Operations/HR Manager at CASA of St. Louis from July 2021 to August 2023 and was the Coordinator of Academic Affairs at Webster University from November 2019 to July 2021. Rhonda has an extensive background in volunteer program coordination at CASA of St. Louis and office management at Better Family Life, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Harris-Stowe State University, where Rhonda graduated summa cum laude. Additional studies include an Associate of Arts from Columbia College and ongoing doctoral work in Educational Practice at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
