Kathy Cleary

Kathy Cleary serves as the Vice President of Strategic Projects at United Active Living Inc. since July 2023, following their role as Director of Quality Enhancement and Innovation from September 2019 to July 2023. In these positions, responsibilities have included overseeing quality improvement programs, licensing, accreditation, and policy development. Kathy's extensive experience in the healthcare sector includes leadership roles at Revera Inc., where positions spanned from Executive Director to Senior Executive Director and Interim Regional Director of Operations from June 2006 to September 2019. Prior to Revera, Kathy managed home health operations and was involved in human resources and service coordination, beginning a career in 1999 as a Coordinator at Bayshore Home Health. Kathy holds a Diploma in Nursing from Georgian College.
