Jonathan Baratta

Jonathan Baratta is the Director of Workforce Development at United Activities Unlimited. Jonathan previously served as the Director of Operations for the Youth Workforce Development branch of UAU from July 2011 to August 2018, overseeing four programs that employed 6,000 students on an annual basis. Their responsibilities included program design, auditing, logistics, hiring, program evaluation, curriculum design and counseling.

Jonathan Baratta has a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in American Theirtory from University at Albany, SUNY.

Jonathan Baratta reports to Steven Matteo, Executive Director. They are on a team with Jennifer Colindres - Director of Prevention, Guillermo Grau - Director of Community Initiatives, and Susie DiStefano - Director of School-Based Programs.
