Scott Lightner

Scott Lightner has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on operations and management. Scott currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at United Mortgage and is also serving as Vice President at United Ag Lending. Previously, they worked at Citizens Bank & Trust as a Senior Vice President-Regional Manager & Workforce Development from 2014 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Executive at the Kansas City Business Journal from 2012 to 2014. Scott also has experience at Bank of America as a Banking Center Manager from 2009 to 2012, as a Risk Consultant at Thomas McGee, L.C. in 2008, and as a VP-Regional Operations at Indymac Bank from 2005 to 2008.
