Lance Bailey

Lance Bailey has extensive work experience in various industries. Lance is currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at United Ag & Turf, where they previously held the role of Store Lead Sales Manager. Prior to that, Lance was the Operations Manager at Brazos Valley Equipment. Lance also worked as the Vice President of Operations at 360 Solutions, LLC. Before transitioning into the corporate world, Lance served in leadership positions at Franklin Bank, Synergy Bank/Synergy Mortgage Corp., and Extraco Mortgage Corp. Lance began their career as a Territory Manager at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where they achieved significant sales success. Overall, Lance has a strong background in operations, sales, risk mitigation, product development, and relationship management.

Lance Bailey attended Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 1987 to 1993. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, double majoring in Management & Marketing.
