Imani Brooks is an experienced event coordinator with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida. Currently serving as a Special Events Coordinator at United Against Poverty, Inc. since January 2018, Imani also holds the position of Day of Event Coordinator at The Crystal Ballroom, Veranda. Previous roles include Catering Supervisor at Spectra by Comcast Spectacor and Guest Service Representative at Residence Inn by Marriott, along with experience as a Catering Assistant at Levy Restaurants and an Event Manager Intern at Universal Studios Resort. Imani's early experience includes positions as a Ride Attendant and Turnstile Admission at Universal Studios Orlando.
