Allison Metz

Allison Metz is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in education and communication. Currently serving as a Project Manager at United Airlines since September 2023, Allison previously held similar roles at ACRELEC and as a Leadership Development Specialist at STRUT Learning. Additional experience includes teaching at Illinois State University, where Allison designed innovative curriculum and improved student engagement significantly. Allison’s career began in customer service through Delta Global Services, with earlier roles in communications and educational settings, including internships with the Colton Underwood Legacy Foundation and positions as a Student Teacher and Teaching Assistant. Allison holds a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Illinois State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Education.
