Bob Simitz

Bob Simitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Bob has held leadership positions at United Airlines, Ingredion Incorporated, ITW, and Sears Holdings Corporation. Bob also worked as a retirement plans consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Bob holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
