Ivonne Ramirez

Ivonne Ramirez is a Senior UX Designer at United Airlines since July 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Experience Designer at Publicis Sapient and Junior Experience Designer, where collaboration and data-driven design decisions were key components. With a background in research as a Graduate Research Assistant at DePaul University's Technology for Social Good Research and Design Lab, Ivonne has developed insights into family impacts on learning ecosystems and created high-fidelity prototypes for tracking children's progress in STEAM activities. Previous experience at Apple included roles as Product Designer and Specialist, focusing on cross-functional teamwork and customer engagement. Ivonne holds a Master of Arts in Experience Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience Design, both from DePaul University.
