Michael Espasa

Michael Espasa, PE, LEED AP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Corporate Real Estate | Planning & Development at United Airlines, overseeing capital improvement construction projects at major airports including Newark Liberty, JFK, and LaGuardia since September 2014. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE from April 2001 to August 2014, acting as an owner representative for high-profile clients such as ExxonMobil and Bank of America. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Planning & Preconstruction at SJP Properties and as Senior Technical Manager at Schoor DePalma, Inc., a consulting civil engineering design firm. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
