Molly Hennessy

Molly Hennessy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management within the airline industry. Currently serving as Managing Director of Crew & Catering Technology at United Airlines since May 2016, Molly is responsible for developing technology strategies for pilots, flight attendants, and catering. Previous roles include leading operations data and analytics, serving as Chief of Staff for the Chief Digital Officer, and managing customer solutions and social media technology. Molly has been involved in significant projects such as establishing the Mobile Factory and promoting design thinking methodologies. Prior experience at IBM as a Senior Consultant focused on supply chain and operations management, where Molly contributed to major IT system integrations and process optimizations for various clients. Molly holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and has a background in international education from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
