Shanmugam Dhanapal

Shanmugam Dhanapal has over three decades of experience in the IT field, currently serving as a Principal Architect at United Airlines since November 2003. Prior to this role, Shanmugam was a Systems Analyst at Pharmachem from 1997 to 2003 and held the position of Assistant Manager (Systems) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited between April 1989 and May 1997. Shanmugam began the career as a Systems Analyst at Southern Pesticides Corp. Ltd. in 1988. Shanmugam Dhanapal holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Statistics and completed education at Hindu Theological High School in Chennai.
