Wael El Emam

Wael El Emam is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Finance at United Arab Bank since February 2023, overseeing the management of the Corporate Finance segment. Prior to this role, Wael held senior positions at First Abu Dhabi Bank, including Head of Corporate Coverage for the Western Region in Saudi Arabia and Head of Corporate Coverage for Non-Presence Countries in the MEA Region. Wael's earlier experience includes leadership roles in corporate banking at Arab National Bank, HSBC Bank Middle East, Barclays Bank Egypt, and HSBC Bank Egypt. Wael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Business Administration from Helwan University in Cairo.
