Michael V. Riccardi

Michael V. Riccardi is the current President at United Asset Management. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in employee benefits and retirement planning.

Riccardi started their career in 1999 as Vice President at Pinnacle Associates. In 2009, they transitioned to United Retirement Consultants, Inc. where they served as an Associate for 11 years. During their time there, the company became known for its accuracy and friendly client service, while offering customized employee and employer benefit solutions. In 2020, Riccardi was promoted to President at United Asset Management.

Under Riccardi’s leadership, United Asset Management has continued to provide compliance and design consultations, offer mock audits, documents, and ongoing comprehensive testing & administration. They have also differentiated themselves by proactively offering year-end tax planning, employee education and comprehensive compliance meetings.

Michael V. Riccardi has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
