Jon Drury

Jon Drury is an experienced labor leader currently serving as an International Servicing Representative for the International Union, UAW, since December 2023. In this role, responsibilities include organizing and managing IPS councils and supporting collective bargaining efforts at both local and national levels. Previously, as Chairman of UAW Local 588 from January 2021 to March 2024, Jon Drury facilitated essential relationships, co-led negotiations, and successfully managed a 65-day strike, leading to a significant first agreement with a 90% approval vote. Additional experience includes roles as a Temporary Organizer and Lead Campaign Organizer, where Jon Drury developed strategic messaging, conducted essential research, and secured UAW recognition through effective organizing initiatives. Prior to union leadership, Jon Drury worked at Metal Matic LLC in various operational roles from 2007 to 2024.
