Patrick Castro

Patrick Castro is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at United Aviate Academy since May 2023, Patrick has progressed through several HR positions, including Senior Human Resources Specialist and SR HR Coordinator. Prior roles include Human Resource Associate at Canature WaterGroup™, Welder/Metal Fabricator at Bravada Yachts, and various HR positions at Sysco, where significant achievements included designing and implementing a new HR onboarding program. Patrick's military experience includes multiple senior HR management roles within the U.S. Army, overseeing HR functions for thousands of military personnel. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
