Alex Alozie

Alex Alozie is the Executive Director & Group COO at United Bank for Africa. Prior to this, they were the Group Head, Digital and Centralized Operations at Access Bank Plc from April 2019 to June 2019. Alex has also served as the Head Bankwide Operation at Diamond Bank Plc from March 2010 to March 2019.

Alex has extensive experience in leading and coordinating digital and centralized operations units. Alex is also well-versed in providing and directing the implementation of automation and innovation strategies. Under their leadership, the banks they have worked for have leveraged technology to deliver excellent service and support the business.

With over 10 years of experience in the banking sector, Alex is a valuable asset to United Bank for Africa. Their experience and expertise will no doubt contribute to the continued success of the bank.

Alex Alozie has a Masters in Business Administration from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management in the UK. Alex also has a B.Sc in Economics from Abia State University. Alex is certified by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria as a Fellow.
