Anuoluwapo Adedoja has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving in the role of Industrial Relations and Work Ethics at UBA Group since September 2018. Responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of sanctions based on recommendations and managing logistics for DC meetings. Previous positions at UBA Group include Cash Officer, Head of Processing, Head Customer Relationship Officer, and Customer Relationship Officer, focusing on cash activities, customer service management, and team supervision. Prior to UBA, Anuoluwapo worked at Pumoh Exclusive Online Limited as a Customer Service Executive and E-Commerce & Sales Acquisition Personnel, where skills in marketing and customer engagement were developed. Anuoluwapo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, completed in 2014.
