Ali Inam

Ali Inam is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in driving data-driven initiatives and business intelligence. Currently serving as Head of Data Science at UBL - United Bank Limited since June 2025, Ali previously held the position of Manager Data Engineering at Engro Corp from April 2017 to June 2025, where significant accomplishments included the development of the Job Fit AI model for enhanced recruitment processes and the launch of the Engro Gen AI Challenge. Prior to this, Ali led the Business Intelligence Team at Engro, consistently delivering projects on schedule and developing critical dashboards for executive reporting. Ali's career began with roles at K-Electric focusing on analytical dashboard development and included internships at notable organizations such as Unilever Pakistan, where the creation of a data model for demand forecasting was achieved. Ali holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the Institute of Business Administration.
