Michelle Gregory is an accomplished leader in AI and data science with extensive experience across multiple industries. As the Founder and Owner of Gregory AI Industries since 2019, Michelle has focused on integrating AI into business operations to enhance efficiency and growth. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science and AI at Cengage Group, Michelle leads the organization's digital transformation through strategic AI initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Data Science and AI at [24]7.ai, where Michelle directed the AI vision for customer service solutions, and Senior Vice President of Data Science at Elsevier, wherein responsibility included modernizing data operations and implementation of machine learning strategies. Michelle's academic background includes positions as Assistant Professor at SUNY Buffalo and Post-Doctorate research at Brown University, complemented by a PhD in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
