Sharad D. Madison has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Sharad D. began their career in 1985 as a Pharmaceuticals Sales Representative at Astra Zeneca (formerly ICI Pharmaceuticals). During their time there, they served as a Regional Recruiter, National Convention Delegate, and was promoted to the first class of ICI Pharma Oncology Sales Specialist. Sharad D. excelled in their role, consistently ranking among the top salespeople in the region. After leaving Astra Zeneca in 1989, they joined HMSS, Inc (now Coram Healthcare) as a Sales Manager. In this position, they successfully established a presence for HMSS in the New York City medical community, working with prominent institutions such as Memorial Sloan Kettering, New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center, New York University Medical Center, and Lenox Hill Hospital. Sharad D. grew the business from near zero to $2 million per annum. In 1992, Sharad joined Coram Healthcare as a General Manager, where they were responsible for turning around operations and sales in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Through their efforts, they tripled the patient base and procured a significant managed care contract for the company. Finally, in 1994, they joined United Building Maintenance as the Chief Executive Officer.

Sharad D. Madison attended Morehouse College where they earned a BS degree in Biology. Sharad D. then pursued Entrepreneurship Programs at Kellogg Executive Education and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
