Roberto Montenegro

Roberto Montenegro is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and relationship management. Currently serving as SVP, Regional Team Lead in the Commercial Lending Group at United Business Bank since April 2019, Roberto has held increasingly responsible roles in the industry, including positions at Umpqua Bank, City National Bank, and Wells Fargo Business Banking Group. Throughout these roles, Roberto has demonstrated expertise in analyzing financial structures, managing credit portfolios, mentoring colleagues, and driving strategic account acquisition for large organizations. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San José State University, obtained in 2011.
